Everything you see on www.kirizza.com its produced and delivered by the company KIRIZZA DESIGN SRL, with the headquarters and ateliér in Timișoara, bv. General Ion Dragalina, nr 7.
The items you see do not have a stoc with immediate delivery, because we are a small business and a slow fashion brand that doesn’t appreciate waste. Each item you order will be made on demand, in the size you choose. Excepting one of a kind pieces, that will only suffer alterations you demand.
Kirizza.com delivers on Romanian teritory, as well as internationally*. Payment methods accepted for Romanian teritory are: cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payment. And international payment methods are: bank transfers and card payment.
*for international delivery, the shippment cost will be calculated after your order placement (depending on destination) and billed separately.
Package delivery is performed through fast delivey top companies available in Romania :Cargus, Fan Courier, GLS, TNT, Sameday. We choose the best one for delivering your package safely and in time.
Each order is produced after you place it, and it will be delivered in 3-5 business days, on Romanian teritory.
In the case of international deliveries and custom made/personalized/bridal/evening orders, the delivery will not exceed a 30 days timeframe.
Delivery cost is free, on Romanian teritory, for orders exceeding 500 lei. And for orders below 500 lei value, the cost of delivery is 20 lei. *for international delivery, the shippment cost will be calculated after your order placement (depending on destination) and billed separately.


According to Dir. 2011/83/UE and the OU 34/2014 concerning comsumers rights, a costumer can exit a contract and return products, with no reason needed, within 14 days of receiving it. This doesn’t apply to companies.
The consumer can not exit a contract if it involvs:
a) Custom made products, or product made using the consumers specifications and desires.
b) Personalized products on the customer’s demand.
c) Products that suffered alterations on the costumer’s demand.

If you wish to return a product you ordered on www.kirizza.com, all you need to do is send an e-mail to contact@kirizza.com with the return informations, or just press the button Return Form from the buttom of this page. The application needs to be sent within 14 callendaristic days from recieving your order. We will check if your return can pe approved and then you will recieve the value of your order via bank transfer (minus the return shipping fee), within 14 days.You will only pay (it will be substracted from your return compensation) the delivery fee.
Return informations we need:
• Order number
• E-mail adress from wich the order was placed
• Return reason (optional information, but one that will help us offer you the best products on your next order)
• The product you wish to return
• The complete adress for the return pick-up
• Name and Surname
• Telephone number
• IBAN (account number, where we will wire you the compensation)
• Accound holder name

Conditions in wich your return may not get approved:
• The producst arrive damaged by innadequate packagin
• Products missing from the package or different products are sent.
• The 14 days period is exedeed
• Products labels missing or damaged
• Products worn, stained, washed or parfumed

In case your return is not accepted, you will be sent the package back and will be billed for the shipping again.

These return conditions do not apply to custom made/personalizaed items.
